Our founders (us) created this truck after a trip to Canada back in 2012, where we first dicovered their love for Canada’s national dish, poutine. Ever since, we have worked to develop a way to share this exquisite and rich dish with the people of the United States. We settled on a food truck, with many options of interesting poutine creations to choose from!
